1st Anniversary Celebration & Message of Gratitude from the Editor-in-Chief

Subject: Celebrating 1 Year of Excellence: A Heartfelt Gratitude Message from the Editor-in-Chief

Dear Esteemed Authors, Reviewers, Readers, and Editorial Board Members,

As September 15, 2026, marks the 1st anniversary of the Journal of Nanomaterials and Applications (JNA), I would like to extend my warmest greetings and sincere appreciation to our global scientific community on behalf of the Editorial Board.

Over the past year (September 15, 2025 – September 15, 2026), JNA has established a strong foundation of academic integrity and scientific value. Our key achievements during this inaugural year include:

  • High-Quality Publications: Successfully released 4 issues comprising 18 peer-reviewed research papers (5 articles per issue).

  • Rigorous Review Standards: Maintained strict, objective double-blind peer review for all submissions to ensure research quality.

  • Growing Academic Influence: Achieved an initial Impact Factor (IF) of 1.55, 29 total citations, and an H-index of 3.

We owe this success to our authors for entrusting us with their original work, our reviewers for their invaluable critical insight, and our readers for their continuous engagement. I am also deeply grateful to every member of the Editorial Board for their tireless dedication to JNA's development.

Looking Ahead

Moving into our second year, our priority remains elevating scientific rigor while expanding JNA’s international reach. We are actively optimizing our publishing workflows with a primary strategic goal: securing indexation in Scopus within the coming year.

Thank you once again for being an essential part of our journey. I wish you all continued health, happiness, and academic success.

Warm regards,

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stefan Talu

Editor-in-Chief

On behalf of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Nanomaterials and Applications (JNA)
