Welcome to the Journal of Nanomaterials and Applications (JNA)
-Journal of Nanomaterials and Applications (JNA), affiliated JNA Publishing House, is a fully open-access international scientific journal with a free publication policy for authors. The journal aims to publish pioneering research and practical applications in the field of nanomaterials and advanced technology, creating a bridge between basic science and innovative solutions.
-JNA claims to ensure academic quality by applying a rigorous peer-review process before the article is published. All submissions are checked for plagiarism using specialized software (iThenticate or Turnitin), ensuring a duplication rate of less than 20% before entering the review process. Articles are sent to independent experts in the respective field to assess quality, accuracy, and originality. This review process ensures that each article is reviewed objectively before it is decided to be published. After receiving feedback, authors are required to make edits according to the reviewers' suggestions before being accepted.
-Currently, JNA is in the process of applying for an ISSN code, link DOI and completing the indexing procedure to join international scientific database systems. The first issue will be officially published in December 2025, then maintain a regular release of 4 issues/year in March, June, September and December. With a strict review system, transparent editorial process and international editorial team, JNA is committed to providing authors and readers with: A prestigious academic platform, reviewed by global experts. Ability to spread widely, thanks to open access publishing and international indexing. Opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, connecting the scientific community inside and outside the field of nanomaterials.
JNA welcomes high-quality original research articles, review articles, and technical notes. The journal will be published four times a year, with the inaugural issue scheduled for December 2025. Our core research areas include:
+Nanomaterials: Nanocomposites, Quantum dots, Graphene and 2D materials, Metal-organic frameworks, Carbon nanotubes.
+Nanomaterials Technology: Additive manufacturing of nanomaterials, Self-assembly, Advanced characterization techniques, Nanofabrication, Computational nanotechnology.
+Nanomaterials and Energy: Nanomaterials for solar energy, Nanomaterials for batteries and supercapacitors, Nanomaterials for catalysis, Hydrogen production and storage, Energy harvesting.
+Applications of Nanomaterials Technology: Medicine and healthcare (Drug delivery, Medical diagnostics), Electronics and computing (Wearable electronics, Faster and smaller processors), Environmental remediation (Water purification, Air filters), Construction and manufacturing (Self-healing materials, High-performance coatings), Agriculture (Smart farming, Pesticide and fertilizer delivery).
-Theoretical models: Classical, modern and the latest inventions today built on the foundation of theoretical models are well received.
We welcome submission that use experimental methods, simulation methods, and theoretical calculation methods to explore these areas.
